How It Works?
Receiving
Product quantities together with details are checked and verified against the provided data and you’ll be notified as soon as any discrepancies occur.
Inventory Storage
Product weights and dimensions are recorded in our customized Warehouse Management System (WMS). With product stored in an organized, proper and well-marked manner, we provide you with real-time inventory management and keep you informed to procedures of your enterprise, including alerts for low inventory, and thus better prepare you to scale your business.
Proper inventory storage will keep your products secure and protected and help give you visibility into what is available to ship to your customers.
ORDER FULFILMENT - Picking & Packing
Test orders are processed in advance to ensure that all systems are fully integrated and operational. Upon receiving an order, we pick products and components from the assigned location and offer to fit products of SKUs and pack them into one package in your preferred style. This may also include instructions on which packing materials to use — boxes, bubble mailers, poly bags, packing tape, bubble wrap, airfill, etc. — or any custom packaging and inserts to create the intended unboxing experience for the end customer.
Finally, a shipping label must be added to the package.
Shipping
Once the order has been processed and is ready to send, the merchant must get it shipped.
This may involve a run to the local post office or courier Store, or having a carrier pick up the orders from the fulfilment location.
Returns Processing
Products returned would go through careful inspection and be handled properly at our fulfilment center, depending on a case-by-case basis, the product can either be restocked as available inventory or disposed of due to malfunction.
